Our Story

BACK TO THE BASICS

Sunset Farms is a small farm in North Georgia with a mission to create a better bathing experience. Our family of six moved out of the city in 2020 and into a more rural area, trying to reprioritize family and get back to basics. During this time we have found so much joy in rediscovering nature and all of it's wonder.

Our family has some very senstive skin including topical allergies and severe eczema which left us feeling like there has to be a better way to clean than using harsh soaps and detergents found in your typical stores. This was the beginning of our journey.

We have created a soap that is gentle, cleansing, and soothing to irritated skin. This soap has healed our skin and the goats on our farm have filled us with laughter and joy. This basic lifestyle has healed us inside and out.

Where we are going

The future looks bright

Soaps are only the beginning at Sunset Farms as we plan to expand our product lines to include shampoo bars, shave bars, and goat milk bath salts. Our team is also working to add gift sets and travel sets all while sticking to the most basic ingredients. We want you to feel good about what you are putting on your skin, (your skin will thank you too).

Sunset Farms plans to create all of this goodness in a small farm friendly and sustainable way. Our goats are part of our family. They are hand milked and spoiled rotten. We also strive to use environmentally friendly packaging and ingredients. Sunset Farms plans to partner with other small farms to locally source ingredients for our soaps.
